How Does It Work?
Step 1 - Sign Up
If you are ready to get started on your health journey, you can begin by filling out HanaMed's onboarding questions through our patient portal. This is just to take some personal details and ask a couple of medical questions to give our team of healthcare professionals the basic information required to check your eligibility. Once you have completed your sign-up, you can then book a free screening phone call with one of our registered nurses!
Step 2 - Nurse Screening (FREE)
A registered nurse will call you at your scheduled time to take a detailed medical history and answer any questions you might have. The purpose of this call is to check your eligibility for alternative medicines before you speak with a doctor - saving you money!
If you and the nurse are both satisfied you will be approved to book and pay for your doctors appointment through our patient portal.
Step 3 - Appointment and Script
You will then have a 30 minute consultation with an experienced natural medicines prescriber to review your health and provide a comprehensive treatment plan if appropriate. Your scripts will then be immediately released as your appointment is pre-paid!
Step 4 - Delivery to Your Door
If you are approved by your doctor you have the option to send your prescriptions to our partners, GoGoMed Online Pharmacy, or have them sent directly to you.
If you opt to use GoGoMed, we can guarantee prompt delivery to your door! We can also guarantee supply of medicines you may be prescribed, meaning no waiting periods to order stock in.
Step 5 - Continued Care
Through our patient portal you will have instant access to information on your prescriptions, appointments and any documentation shared between you and your doctors. You can also conveniently schedule a follow-up appointment using our calendar and booking system.
